Grizzlies Equipment Manager Ryan Tall Named to ECHL All Star Classic
01/05/2017 12:23 PM – West Valley City, Utah – The ECHL announced today that Utah Grizzlies Equipment Manager Ryan Tall will represent the team at the 2017 CCM / ECHL All-Star Classic presented by I LOVE NY.
The game will air LIVE exclusively on NHL Network on Wednesday, Jan. 18, 2017, at 6 p.m. Mountain Time from the Glens Falls Civic Center in Glens Falls, N.Y.
“Ryan has done an outstanding job for our organization,” said Grizzlies Head Coach/General Manger Tim Branham. “He is a true professional and well deserving of this accomplishment.”
Tall, a Utah native, is in his first full season as the Grizzlies Equipment Manger. The 21-year-old was named the team’s Interim Equipment Manager in March of 2016 after joining the team as an Equipment Assistant for the 2014-2015 season and quickly becoming an integral member of the team’s hockey operations staff. He is currently finishing his degree in Business Marketing at Weber State University after graduating from Bountiful’s Viewmont High School.
The 2017 CCM/ECHL All-Star Classic presented by I LOVE NY will feature the host Adirondack Thunder taking on the ECHL All-Stars in a non-traditional format featuring 5-on-5, 4-on-4, and 3-on-3 play, as well as a Skills Competition (Puck Relay, Hardest Shot, Fastest Skater) to highlight the talents of both teams.
When the Grizzlies return home Friday and Saturday, fans can get a Center Plaza Ticket and a Grizzlies Knit Hat for $30, which is a $59 value.
